Inventory Management and Control:
Implement advanced inventory management techniques to optimize stock levels, minimize lead times, and mitigate risks associated with aerospace and defense production cycles and project timelines.
Utilize sophisticated forecasting models and demand planning tools to anticipate fluctuations in demand and maintain adequate inventory buffers for mission-critical components and spare parts.
Supplier Relationship Management in Aerospace and Defense:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in aerospace and defense supply chain management, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of aerospace and defense industry regulations, standards, and best practices, including ITAR, EAR, DFARS, and cybersecurity requirements.
- Proven track record of success in strategic procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationship management within the aerospace and defense sector.
