As the VP of Corporate Services Global Category Management, you will play an integral role in driving the company's growth by developing and implementing global category strategies that optimize costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
This is a hybrid role out of Jacksonville, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective global category management strategies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive process improvements across all departments.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify cost optimization opportunities without compromising on quality or delivery timelines.
- Manage vendor relationships through negotiating contracts that support business objectives whilst minimizing risk
- Lead end-to-end procurement process and manage stakeholder engagement
- Optimize total cost of ownership and global spend
Qualifications:
- 15+ years strategic sourcing experience in a relevant field
- Proven ability to develop and lead a high performing team and deliver significant savings
- Strategic Sourcing: The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience managing complex sourcing projects including RFPs & RFQs; preparing supplier evaluations scorecards; ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Procurement: Strong knowledge of end-to-end Procure-To-Pay processes within large-scale organizations.
- Finance: Deep knowledge of relevant supply markets across the globe
