Technical TMS Product Manager (m/f/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DALILY TASKS
▪ Defining and developing products and optimizing end-to-end business processes in the European cargo logistics field
▪ Organizing and coordinating international teams and vendors
▪ Managing stakeholders and building relationships
▪ Lead projects in the field of digitalization. Controlling project activities to ensure successful delivery and rollout
▪ Analyzing metrics and data, evaluating products and companies to measure their value and impact
▪ Regularly analyzing competitors and conducting capability assessments
▪ Identifying and mitigating technical risks
▪ Working with data pipelines, algorithms, and automated systems
▪ Creating and maintaining product and process documentation to ensure its accuracy and effectiveness
▪ Serving as an evangelist and subject matter expert
▪ Organizing and delivering internal and customer training on the product's usage. Responding to requests related to the product and its features
YOUR PROFILE
▪ At least 5 years of professional experience
▪ Excellent command of written and spoken German & English, further languages beneficial
▪ Experience with management of product lifecycle and business process management
▪ Experience in road logistics is desirable
▪ Experience with managing of business and technical specifications
▪ Driven self-starter comfortable working independently
▪ Strong, assertive communicator and team player, comfortable liaising with internal and external stakeholders of all levels
