Technical Engineering Manager - Leading Manufacturing Firm (m/f/d)
We are delighted to offer a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Engineering Manager who is looking to work with one of the leading manufacturing firms in Germany. Our client, seeks a highly skilled individual with expertise in Electrical / Mechatronics engineering and mechanical skillset.
This is a large international company with a big focus on sustainability. They are currently the market leader within their field and are currently in a position of growth. They are looking for someone to manage and grow the engineering team in line with this organisation's development.
Key Responsibilities:
Engineering Management
- Lead technical teams including electrical/mechanical engineers.
- Ensuring that all team members are motivated, constantly developing through training plans executed by you.
Project Management
- Compliance with new and upcoming projects whilst contributing ideas to investments as well as the developments leading towards implementation.
Compliance Handling
- Showing your expertise ensuring that all systems are up to standard, qualified and inline with company and regulatory expectations.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- The successful candidate must have previous experience working as an Engineer or Senior position, managing complex projects alongside cross-functional teams.
- Electrical/Mechatronic degree (or equivalent) - ideally Chartered status if possible.
- Leadership experience with managing and growing teams, someone who can motivate and express a hands-on mentality in their team.
