Asset Manager Supervisor (m/f/d).
We have collaborated with a leading with a leading bio-tech CDMO who are growing at 30% annually above market.
The company is in a position to invest in their teams and technologies which is driving their position forwards in the industry.
They are looking for an experienced Asset Maintenance Team Lead to develop a new maintenance strategy in a developing facility.
You will be working closely with the Site Head and also leading the team of Process Asset Engineers to ensure full-functionality and life cycle management of all plant assets.
The goal is to drive continuous improvement with a focus of expanding the facility and your team as things progress.
Responsibilities:
- As a team lead maintenance asset manager, you will be responsible for maintaining equipment reliability while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- You will also manage documentation processes and mentor your colleagues on best practices regarding asset lifecycle management.
- Additionally, overseeing the planning, management and execution of CAPEX projects.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Biotechnology or Chemical Engineering.
- Experience managing maintenance activities preferably within GMP regulated environments.
- Knowledgeable about pharmaceuticals/biotech industry regulations.
- English (fluent), German is a bonus.
