Key Responsibilities:
*Manage all aspects of supplier administration to ensure the facility receives quality parts.
*Travel to suppliers to conduct audits, workshops, problem-solving sessions, and inspections.
*Monitor and evaluate supplier performance.
*Collaborate with Quality Management and Engineering teams to identify root causes of issues and develop solutions.
*Address and resolve supplier-related problems.
*Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions for non-conformities.
*Assist in setting up inspection criteria for supplier-received parts in SAP.
*Provide dimensional support for receiving inspections and FPI approvals.
*Analyze and address line returns (zero-hour failures).
*Maintain regular communication with suppliers regarding returned parts and product non-conformities.
*Cooperate with assembly and production teams as needed.
*Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree in Engineering (required).
*Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering (preferred).
*3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment (required).
*3-5 years of experience in an assembly setting (preferred).
*Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines promptly.
*Working knowledge of ISO, FMEA, and SPC.
*Familiarity with Microsoft products, particularly Excel and Access.
