My client is looking for a Senior Buyer to join their Procurement team in North Rhine-Westphalia, with over 2,500 employees globally and a key player in the Automotive market. Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies aimed at reducing costs while maintaining quality standards
- Manage vendor relationships through effective communication
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across various departments including engineering & design
- Manage the entire Steel Commodity
- Work closely with Suppliers - negotiating and maintaining relationships
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 4+ year's experience in Purchasing/Procurement
- Good analytically skills
- Proven track record of Purchasing processes good level of German
