You will be heading the development and execution of strategic sales plans to exceed targets, prospecting and targeting potential clients, nurturing strong relationships with existing customers, collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution and conducting market research and competitor analysis. By staying updated with industry trends and technologies, you will be tasked to identify emerging market trends, customer demands, and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential customers and industries that require logistics and freight services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understand their business requirements, and provide customized solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
Sales Execution and Customer Engagement:
- Lead by example and actively engage in the sales process, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
