A global Packaging company are searching for a motivated and skilled Quality Engineer. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing quality assurance processes, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 5 Quality Technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee quality assurance for the site.
- Handle customer complaints, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
- Conduct site visits to customers in Central and Northern Europe.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with global Quality Managers to harmonize quality processes and share best practices.
- Utilize engineering and statistical analysis skills to enhance quality control methods.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment within a diverse team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant studies.
- 2-5 years of experience in a quality engineering role.
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
- Proven ability to handle customer complaints and communicate effectively with clients.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Willingness to travel internationally for customer visits and global meetings.
