Our client, a leading commercial bank with operations in Sheffield, UK is seeking an experienced and dynamic Procurement Transformation Manager to join their growing team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for driving procurement transformation initiatives across various departments within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Procure-to-Pay Process Improvement
- Oversee all aspects of procure-to-pay processes including third party risk management.
- Develop strategies that optimize cost savings opportunities while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
Vendor Management & Contract Negotiation
- Manage vendor relationships by developing partnerships with key vendors or suppliers to drive value-added benefits such as reduced costs, improved quality or enhanced services levels.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Work closely with stakeholders from different teams/departments throughout project lifecycles ensuring alignment on goals and objectives are met
Skills Required:
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:
-Minimum Bachelor's degree (preferably Finance/Real Estate) required; Master's Degree preferred
Experience/Knowledge/Skills :
-The ideal candidate should have 5+ years' experience managing complex sourcing projects preferably related to banking / commercial banking industries.
-Relevant skill sets include but not limited to strong analytical skills , finance knowledge specifically around real estate finance
