Plant Manager required for Global Food & Beverage Manufacturing Firm

A Global Food & Beverage organization is seeking a driven, hands-on leader as Plant Manager for their world-class facility.
Summary:
The Plant Manager will be responsible for leading all manufacturing operations in a manner which aligns with organizational goals and FDA/USDA standards, protocols, and policies.
The ideal Plant Manager will have the following skill set:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical field required; Master's Degree preferred
- 10+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment
- Food or beverage manufacturing environment required
- High-speed bottling experience a strong plus
- Expertise with USDA, FDA or GMP Guidelines
- LEAN/Six Sigma Certifications such as Green Belt or Black Belt preferred, but not required
- Superior leadership abilities
- Ability to serve as a cultural and organizational change agent
The Plant Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Oversee all manufacturing operations and daily activities within the facility
- Lead a high performing and cohesive team with collaboration across EHS, Quality, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, Human Resources within the facility
- Drive Continuous Improvement and safety culture across entire facility
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop, execute and uphold long-term business plans which align with company vision, values and standards
- Hire, train, motivate and lead employees into organizational leaders
- Ensure service requirements are met
- Develop, implement and uphold operational KPIs to maximize productivity and ensure operational excellence
- Ensure operations are in compliance with GMP Standards and FDA Regulations
