We are working with a global leader in the automotive industry for a talented Material Manager to join their team. The Company has over 10,000 employees worldwide with 450 on-site in Ratingen. The Material Manager will play a critical role within the organisation developing the existing process and assisting in the implementation of new processes as the company looks to take a leap forward with a new site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and improving current SAP processes
- Support possible HANA induction from initialisation to implementation
- Produce visual aids for key users
- Work to improve demand and purchasing forecasts to improve purchasing forecasts and plans
- Liaising with cross-functional teams in regards to project management
- Demand planning and forecasting
Preferable skills:
- Extensive experience with SAP
- Material planning experience
- MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Business level English
