Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Dickinson, TX, United States
Responsibilities:
- Manage personnel functions for maintenance employees including hiring, firing, and performance appraisals.
- Plan preventive and project maintenance activities.
- Supervise maintenance employees and shifts.
- Oversee contractors and inventory management.
- Research and manage projects.
- Assist higher-level maintenance personnel on larger maintenance activities.
- Ensure work meets Health and Safety standards and operating procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of leadership experience.
- 5 years of plant maintenance experience in areas such as preventive maintenance, installations, welding, electrical, pipefitting, heavy equipment mechanics, hydraulics, or I&E preferred.
- Experience in inventory management and purchase ordering.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulations.
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to meet physical demands of the position.
