Key responsibilities:
- Spearhead process enhancements and pioneering innovations across all business units within the group of companies.
- Develop and refine standard processes and systems, focusing on bolstering data transparency, instituting a robust key performance indicator framework, and establishing and monitoring a uniform naming convention. This entails automating purchasing processes and streamlining catalog management.
- Implement systematic risk management protocols while ensuring adherence to compliance and sustainability standards.
- Oversee the availability and quality of essential systems, documentation, guidelines, and knowledge management initiatives.
- Act as the central point of contact for all system and process-related inquiries, both internally and externally, while actively participating in and managing procurement and supply chain projects.
Your profile:
- Hold a degree in business or business informatics, accompanied by substantial professional expertise in strategic purchasing or supply chain management.
- Proficient in leveraging purchasing system knowledge to optimise processes in a structured and sustainable manner.
- Possess strong analytical capabilities, a solution-driven approach, and the ability to inspire, driving independent efficiency improvements.
- Exhibit comprehensive proficiency in purchasing systems (e.g., MS Dynamics Navision, Hivebuy), process visualisations, and MS Office suite, especially MS Excel.
- Possess fluency in both German and English, facilitating confident navigation within an international business setting.
