Summary: HVAC Engineer needed to join a global Pharmaceutical company in Pennsylvania.
My client is a pharmaceutical company with operations in the research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of pharmaceuticals, vaccines, and consumer healthcare products. They focus in the development and production of prescription medicines, vaccines, and over-the-counter healthcare products.
The team is currently seeking a motivated, hard-working, highly skilled HVAC Engineer to help with the operations and maintenance of the HVAC system. HVAC systems include air handling systems, chilled water systems, heat rejection systems (i.e., cooling towers and heat pumps), heating hot water systems, humidification systems, dehumidification systems, and refrigeration systems (including temperature controlled environments, freezers, and refrigerators).
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that HVAC systems comply with global engineering requirements.
- Perform risk assessments for HVAC systems to ensure safe installation, operation, and maintenance of HVAC systems and equipment.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and qualification of HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot HVAC systems during startup and operations.
- Ensure that all documentation is complete and compliant with GMPs.
- Document the user requirements for HVAC systems and building automation sequences of operation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5+ years experience in HVAC engineering for clean environments
