Role: Director of Customer Fulfillment
A leading supplier of luxury Greenhouses and Glasshouses is looking for a Director of Customer Fulfillment to join their US Management team to manage a world-class operational customer experience. This role will manage two direct reports and will work closely with the global team to manage and oversee international shipping, and domestic freight within the United States, and ensure customer experience exceeds customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage two direct reports, Operations and Installation to ensure the US Operations team can grow as the company grows, efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee the management of both Domestic and International freight.
- Oversee the management of all US warehousing and 3PL activity.
- Create a culture ensuring the success of the Operations Team through communication and implementation of best practices.
- Work with company leadership to budget, report, plan, and audit all operational functions.
- P&L responsible for both the Operation and Installation cost center.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in Construction Management.
- Complete knowledge and understanding of manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, etc
- Commercial and financial experience in managing P&L, business costs, and customer experience.
