Your responsibilities:
- Maintenance and optimization of HSE management systems
- Driving the development and implementation of HSE- and sustainability-related goals
- Ensuring the consistent implementation of HSE management systems worldwide
- Familiarity with product-related environmental protection and sustainability
- Definition and establishment of HSE-related goals, both Top-Down and Bottom-Up
- Steering and coordinating the HSE community
- Advancing the safety culture within the company
- Driving HSE personnel development (including development plans, succession) and HSE organizational development
Your qualifications:
- 10-15 years of experience and knowledge in EHS topics, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
- Completed university degree in engineering, environmental sciences, EHS, physics, or a comparable field
- Ideally experienced in working internationally
- Good communication skills with all levels of employees
- Fluent in English
