Industrial Engineering Manager m/f/d
Key Responsibilities:
- You will lead a Team of Project and Service Engineers across Benelux supporting industrial departments
- You will set and influences the strategic direction of the engineering work within Benelux and plan and direct all phases of all engineering projects.
- You will facilitate all service and maintenance activities for Benelux customers with the service team.
- You will develop engineering policies, standards, best practices and procedures at customer sites for all Industrial Divisions.
- You will interact with business leadership of Benelux representing Engineering.
- You will tackle tough technical problems and apply technical expertise to provide business growth and support.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in engineering discipline. (Master's in Engineering or Business discipline is favourable)
- More than 10 years engineering experience ideally customer facing environment. 1-3 years managerial experience
- Demonstrable Team Management experience and capabilities.
- Independent in technical execution on difficult technical projects. Knowledge of external resources in area of technical expertise. Proven experience and ability in customer facing project engineering, administration, and supervision.
- Excellence in project management and project execution
- Willingness to travel within Benelux.
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Previous experience in value selling management in B2B and matrix context is an advantage.
- Knowledge of industry safety regulations
