Responsibilities:
As the Director of Transport Solutions & Tender Pricing, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects related to transport solutions and tender pricing management processes from start to finish. You should have extensive knowledge about road freight transportation services within Europe while also being able to manage complex logistical projects across various locations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably with supply chain/transportation specialization
- Experience working at senior level positions such as Transportation Manager/Director or Logistics Operations Manager
- Experience managing RFPs (Request For Proposals) process
Skills:
- Road Freight - Should possess excellent knowledge on how Road Freight works especially dealing with European countries.
- Transport / Logistics - Must understand different types of transportation including airfreight modes too apart from just focusing solely on road freights only
- Pricing/Tender manager - The successful candidate must know their way around creating proposals that are competitive enough during tenders/RFPs (request for proposal)
