Summary:
The Director of Manufacturing and Distribution - will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing operations across three plants. Focused on Safety, Quality, and Service, the ideal candidate is a proactive, results-driven leader with a proven track record in industrial management. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
The Director of Manufacturing and Distribution - should have the following skill set:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree strongly preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in industrial management, supply chain supervision, or production leadership.
- Proven leadership ability with strong organizational and managerial skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and ERP systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Up to 50% travel primarily to other facilities; in-office when not traveling for business purposes.
The Director of Manufacturing and Distribution - will:
- Ensure the consistent achievement of production, performance, and quality standards.
- Direct and lead the team to accomplish both immediate and long-term department goals.
- Drive planning, material flow, and process improvement initiatives.
