My Clients are looking for Senior Controls Engineers who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automation systems to optimize manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency. Must have experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA and VFD servo drives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement automation strategies to enhance manufacturing processes and streamline operations. VFD servo drives
- Configure and program SCADA systems
- PLC programming
- Design and program PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems to control machinery and equipment
- Develop intuitive and user-friendly Human-Machine Interface (HMI) designs for monitoring and controlling manufacturing processes
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Master degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automation engineering within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in PLC programming (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms) and HMI development
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards related to automation systems (e.g., ANSI, NFPA, OSHA
