Responsibilities:
Direct Procurements
- Develop strategies that optimize cost efficiencies through effective direct procurements.
- Manage end-to-end tender processes with suppliers across various categories such as raw materials or packaging.
Procurement Management
- Oversee supplier performance management by tracking key metrics like delivery schedules and quality assurance standards.
Leadership & Team Collaboration
- Foster teamwork within cross-functional teams comprising of finance professionals, engineering personnel etc., ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Education/Experience
* Bachelor's degree (minimum) from accredited institution; MBA preferred
* 8+ years' experience managing complex projects involving global stakeholders
