The Role:
-Looking for a Global Category Manager focused on HR and Professional Services
- Responsible for key processes within the category and sourcing team ensuring all sourcing, control,risk and governance processes are adhered to.
- To develop a thorough understanding of the companies procurement structure policies and procedures
-will be required to build and maintain a strong operational and strategic network with other Sourcing and Procurement colleagues to improve sourcing processes and capability
-Identification of opportunities for efficiency's with relevant HR and Professional Services spend categories be these cost reductions or process improvements
