DSJ Global are excited to be working with a new market leading and dynamic consumer goods company, to come and join their team in London. This company is currently hiring for a Vice President, to drive change and process improvement in their team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop IBP and S&OP process for EMEA region
- Integral part of EMEA senior management team, working with marketing, finance, supply chain and other stakeholders
- Align E2E planning principals, strategy and processes with the company vision and values
- Lead strategic initiatives to improve E2E planning process
- Management of product life cycle
- Establish benchmarks to monitor and improve supply chain team
- Build direct to consumer planning team
- Coach, develop and lead the EMEA planning team
Requirements:
- 5-10 years experience in Director or VP supply chain/planning role
- Experience working in FMCG environment with high number of SKU
- Experience with ERP systems and implementations
- Ability to lead a team in a fast moving environment
- Adapting tools and processes
