Sr. Inventory Planning Manager Position with Leading Global Semiconductor Company:

One of the largest global Semiconductor Companies is undergoing restructuring after a successful 2019 and looking to add multiple key positions. In order to improve further in 2020 and continue their growth this organization is looking to add hard working and experienced leaders to their Service team.
The Senior Inventory Planning Manager is a critical, hands-on role with a heavy focus on process management, that reports into the VP. This position requires a cross functional background across the supply chain as well as a strong service operations skill-set in order to have success in the position.
The Senior Inventory Planning Manager will have the following responsibilities:
* Responsible for inventory management, buying, 3PL management, distribution, and inventory turns for the service spares inventory.
* Customer facing position to handle pre-sales and post-sales service functions internally and externally, including handling all requests, documentation, and trouble shooting.
* Follow, document, audit, and maintain the ISO 90001 for the inventory process through ERP system
* Lead process improvements for the different function including planning and procurement.
* Process part requests and associated documentation required for shipping. Maintains records of shipping, returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
The ideal candidate will have the following skill set:
* 10 years' experience in Service Operations, with a focus on inventory or materials management
* Bachelor's Degree Required, but Master's is Preferred
* Expertise in ERP systems. Ideally targeting an individual with experience implementing Oracle or SAP.
* Project or Program management experience preferred, ideally working with capital projects
