Job Title: Marketing and Media Sourcing Manager
Company Profile: A global privately held, financial and media company is looking for a skilled procurement professional to join their team in Midtown Manhattan.
The Sourcing Manager Will Have the Following Responsibilities:
- Building strong, lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and key suppliers to understand business needs
- Working cross functionally with different departments and senior leadership
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and ensure delivery and compliance align with procurement strategy
- Analyze and report market trends
- Develop sourcing strategies and manage a robust sourcing pipeline
- Support change management initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will Have the Following Skill Set:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 5 years of strategic sourcing experience
- Experience sourcing within the Marketing and Media categories: PR, Advertising, Digital, Print, etc.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and project management skills
- Familiarity with E-Sourcing and contract management tools
- Ability to gather, analyze and report on internal and external data to drive strategic insights and decisions
