A science-led global healthcare company, employing over 100,000 employees across 150 countries, is actively seeking a senior procurement manager to undertake a role responsible for all soft FM.
This manager will overlook all soft FM procurement, partnering with different areas of the business to show how to add value and articulate why to change suppliers. They will need to establish processes to ensure effective procurement strategies for all soft services in facility maintenance for all European plants. The candidate doesn't need direct experience working within the Pharma industry but rather experience in a large sector is desired.
The client desires someone who can influence stakeholders, drive activity, build a category for soft FM and negotiate contracts.
Applicants with both soft and hard facilities management are welcome.
The Senior Procurement Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Procuring and maintaining contracts with facility management suppliers
- Working independently with little managerial supervision
- Creating, implementing and managing international strategy
