KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operational Performance Management; responsible for identifying and supporting the 3PL in paths to green across several KPIs, and multiple sites
- Management of daily/weekly metrics and performance reporting in relation to the ever-growing 3PL network
- Ownership, deep dive and a holistic overview of the 3PL supply chain; identifying defects that would impact our customers and establish robust fix to mitigate future instances
- Coach and train goPuff the employees in your facilities to continue to improve day-to-day execution while preparing them to take on new roles and responsibilities
- Develop and oversee upward reporting to ensure management is connected to the field on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Serve as the liaison between department rollout, and local territory execution. For us to maintain our competitive advantage as a fast growing and nimble organization, you have to get buy-in and understanding from your teams
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, operations, transportation, consulting, or data-driven project management
- Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
- Adept at analytical work and the ability to motivate others in a deadline-driven environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage large onboarding programs to train and onboard high performing employees
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems under pressure
- Experience managing data and developing performance metrics
- Ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
