Operations Manager ($9bn+ Hyper Growth Ecommerce Company!)
An exciting and hyper growth Ecommerce Retails is now looking to hire top performing Operations Managers to join their District Leadership team. This role takes responsibility for bridging the gap between HQ and the Field teams, whilst managing multiple locations in the region, ensuring these sites are performing and meeting/exceeding targets. Together with a very attractive bonus, the business is also offering superb equity in their organization!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and support your territory district region of Site Leads with day to day KPIs and operations
- Drive process improvements and Lean initiatives to enable their functional area and the sites to meet and exceed business plans
- Partner and liaise with IT, Finance, HR and other business leaders to support projects to improve performance in your district
- Collaborate and assist with stakeholders for launch of new sites within your region
- Proactively seek solutions and spot trends in data to provide feedback to your Managers and the Senior Management team to drive technology improvements
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Bachelor's degree (ideally in an analytical subject)
- 7+ years experience in a warehousing, retail store or supply chain environment
- Proven experience with full staffing life cycle (hiring, performance management, terminations, promotions)
- Strong ability to make data-driven decisions
- Good examples of accomplishments in cost savings and/or process improvements
- Must be willing to travel occasionally
