Key Accountabilities:
- Accountable for maintaining quality of project deliverable. Team Leads (TL)/Line Managers (LM) are responsible for the work product on their projects. Measurement: Client comments / feedback on work product
- Accountable for stability and improvement in DRO conforming to budget. Team Leads (TL)/Line Managers (LM) are responsible for WIP / debts on their projects. Measurement: DRO
- Project performance / Make Every Project Count (MEPC). Accountable for continuous improvement in project performance, using the MEPC program and project reviews. TL/LM are responsible for the performance in their project portfolio and executing project reviews with PM's. Measurement: reduction in loss making projects and improvement in direct multipliers
- Responsible for operational systems/procedures to optimise performance & deliver business plan. Measurement: Project Margin & EBITA
- Resource planning. Accountable for resourcing, including General Excellence Centers (GEC) to ensure projects are well planned upfront. TL is responsible for planning staff on the projects. Measurement: Utilization (financial & hourly billability) / GEC utilization / variation & forecasting NR
