With a spend of 1.4 Billion across the HR and Professional services department the role available is for a sourcing manager.
The Role -
Sourcing processes for the categories of Professional services and HR.
Having an influence on an area of spend.
Create category plans for Professional services and HR.
Conducting meetings with the vendors.
Ensuring that all Procurement Sourcing and Supplier Management Policies and Procedures are followed.
Desired skills/ experience -
Strategic sourcing experience in either HR or Professional Services category or any other indirect category.
Negotiating and persuasive skills.
Experience in leading sourcing projects.
Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented personality with hands-on approach and continuous improvement mindset.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
