As Head of Customer Quality, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining global integrated management systems, auditing processes, managing communications, and ensuring conformity with various management standards.
Tasks:
- Developing the global quality management system and implementing it in individual countries or regions.
- Ensuring regions achieve and maintain necessary certifications.
- Establishing uniform and clear QM structures that meet international standards.
- Conducting internal audits, addressing quality issues, and tracking corrective measures.
- Auditing supplier QM systems and initiating necessary adjustments.
- Organizing global training sessions on QM topics and providing QM expertise.
- Supporting the final review of quality assurance agreements and negotiating customer-specific solutions.
- Reporting market surveillance findings to the PSCR core team and promoting product safety awareness.
- Developing a global Customer Quality Engineers network, including sharing experiences and lessons learned.
- Monitoring the market for safety-related products.
Requirements:
- Technical-scientific professional graduation or university degree.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the chemicals industry.
- Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
- Certified auditor according to ISO 9001 and IATF 16949
- Certified auditor according to SHE standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001) is a plus.
- Knowledge of VDA 6.3 and comprehensive understanding of QM tools and regulations.
- Experience with international communication, project management, or moderating international working teams/project groups.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
- Ability to translate complex internal information into customer-relevant communication.
