A globally branded manufacturer and distributor of consumer products is in search of a hybrid Customer Supply Chain Analyst to provide analytical data supporting the end-to-end supply chain operations. This analytic-focused role works closely with customer facing and supply chain teams to improve shipping and delivery efficiency, identify opportunities to optimize metrics and POS, and analyzing internal and external data to maintain accurate forecasting. This forward-looking company is always looking for ways to expand their range of products, reach new markets, and make the lives of the consumer easier with every product they bring to market.
Responsibilities
- Providing analytical support to deliver on customer KPI's while recognizing DC replenishment trends, strategies, and initiatives.
- Working with the Supply Chain Team, EHI Demand team, Demand Planners, and Sales Team to identify internal and consumer-based inventory issues and create unit level forecasting.
- Overseeing the EHI inventory and in-stock positions to verify the flow of goods in and out of the customer's Direct Currents (DCs), consumer stores, and ecommerce fulfillment centers.
- Evaluating weekly cuts and identifying the reason for the cut, the time of recovery, and the solution.
- Identifying opportunities for inventory increases based on seasonal profiles.
