DSJ Global is currently partnered with a leading Manufacturing Company who is looking to expand its team with a Controls Engineer. This candidate will be responsible for planning, designing and supervising installation of electrical industrial controls equipment while leading engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead capital projects in tandem with the Maintenance Team
- Lead Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action methodologies
- Performs general electrical troubleshooting and downtime support to maintenance and operations teams
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment
- Design Manufacturing Automation and Process Control Systems, including software and graphical (HMI) solutions.
- Maintain and optimize manufacturing controls infrastructure, and software
- Troubleshoot production and maintenance issues, offering innovative solutions to improve processes
Qualifications
- B.S Engineering (Required)
- Minimum of 3-5 years engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing setting
- Experienced with Allen Bradley PLC programming and troubleshooting
