This company have revenues of $20 billion and have the largest investment in R&D in the industry. This position offers the chance to lead and learn whilst making significant contributions to the world.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage the resources and project staffing
- Work closely with the Therapeutic Area Manager to provide staffing recommendations
- Use your expert clinical supply chain knowledge to mentor and development managers and associates
- Identify improvement opportunities for the CSOS team
- Collaborate globally with the CSOS leadership to ensure global processes and procedures are developed with consistency
- Conduct candidate screening processes and interviews
Profile:
- In depth knowledge of clinical trials
- Understand how to work effectively with different internal departments
- Excellent organisational, planning, verbal, written and numerical skills
- Strong and effective communication skills
- Customer focused
- Understanding of SOPs
