The Company
Within our IT purchasing team, you are responsible for the worldwide strategic orientation in the area of โโIT goods (hardware & software, works & services) and define the purchasing strategy within the IT area for which you are responsible. You work in cross-functional projects and are the first point of contact for all questions relating to the procurement process of IT goods for your interface partners, especially from global IT and the globally positioned departments.
Your future tasks:
- Strategic procurement of IT goods
- Implementation of tenders, purchase price, condition and contract negotiations in the national and international environment
- Development and implementation of sourcing strategies
- Management and further development of suppliers
- Optimization of purchasing processes and management of global purchasing projects
- Carrying out market and price analyses
Your skills
Your skills:
- several years of professional and project experience in purchasing or IT
- Strong IT understanding, knowledge of tools/processes/contracts/market trends and software license models (open source, OEM)
- Experience in negotiating complex contract constellations, also in English
- Confident in handling MS Office (O365), knowledge of SAP and data analysis
You act as a team player, think strategically, have excellent communication skills and have exceptional implementation skills.
