Responsibilities:
- Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for temporary labour services.
- Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Negotiation: Secure the best terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance.
- Market Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends and pricing.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with HR, Operations, and Finance to align procurement activities.
- Performance Monitoring: Ensure high service levels from suppliers.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's is a plus.
- Experience: Years in procurement, preferably in professional services or temporary labour.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Languages: Proficient in German and English.
- Attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
