I am Currently working with a new and exciting company that has recently broken into the German technology market developing batteries and new energy. They are originally based in China but have created multiple offices in Germany within 2 years and are expanding even further in their procurement teams and are looking for exciting talent that wants to take a step up from a junior level buyer into a new position.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- You process inquiries, tenders, offer comparisons, orders, deadline tracking and invoice checks
- You successfully negotiate contractual conditions such as delivery times, quantities, costs and delivery modalities
- You will analyse the national and international procurement market and evaluate, develop and qualify suppliers
- You communicate effectively and precisely to all internal and external interfaces
- You take care of the proper master data maintenance

- You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering or a comparable qualification as well as relevant professional experience in technical purchasing
- They are characterized by entrepreneurial or strategic thinking and acting with an affinity for numbers, technology and processes
- You have good methodological competence, a quick comprehension as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills
- You are assertive, work solution-oriented, self-reliant and systematic
- You have a strong interdisciplinary team and contact skills as well as business fluent German and English skills in spoken and written
- You can be used flexibly, are resilient and have very good MS Office and SAP knowledge
